Delivery

Is the delivery free?

Delivery is free for order above S$100 to an address in Singapore. For orders below S$100, there will be a delivery fee of $10.

   

How much is the postage service?

Postage that uses normal mail will depend on your quantity. We will advise accordingly.

  

When can I expect to receive my order?

Your order will be sent to you within 3 to 4 working days upon receipt of payment. For large order, delivery may take between 2 to 3 weeks.

 

What happens if my order is lost in the mail?

  • We shall exercise reasonable care in the delivery in accordance to the local postal standards.
  • We shall not be liable for any delay, loss and damage of such order for whatsoever reason caused by the local postal standards.
  • We strongly recommend to use registered mail for your assured delivery at an extra charge in accordance to the local postal standards

    Is delay expected during peak periods?

    Do order early to avoid delay or disappointment during peak seasons like Christmas, Teacher’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.
