Return, refund or exchange

Do you accept return, refund or exchange?

As the items are specially created based on your specifications, we do not accept return and refund. However, exchange may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

How soon can I get back my exchange?

Request for an exchange must be made within 3 days after delivery. Exchange process will depend on availability of stock. The item returned for exchange must be in good and original condition, that is, not washed, stretched or used.

2) S$10 delivery charge apply

3) Only applicable on white 100% cotton round neck t-shirts

4) Only one A4 size print (colour or b/w) on either front or back

5) Additional print will incur additional charges

6) Must be a local address for delivery
